We will be welcoming Deborah McCreery to kick off our event with news and information about “Moving the Needle”, the ACE Women’s Network initiative to have 50% of college and university presidents be women by 2030. This is a movement in which we all have a part to play!
In addition we will have workshops on: Negotiating strategies, Developing and presenting your budgeting skills, Mentoring and being mentored, Non-traditional students as the new majority in higher education. Plus the rest of our program, including breakout sessions on making mentoring work for you, packaging your budget experience, negotiating, and more!

9:15 – 9:30 a.m. NYS ACE Women’s Network Presidential Sponsor’s Opening Remarks
9:30 – 10:15 a.m. Keynote Speaker, “Moving the Needle”
10:15 – 10:30 a.m. Networking break
10:30 – 11:15 a.m. Breakout sessions (3 career-boosting topics)
11:30 – 12:30 p.m. Lunch at one of the restaurants of The Culinary Institute of America
and presentation of the Catalyst Leadership Award
12:45 – 1:45 p.m. Panel of Presidents Discussion
1:45 – 2:45 p.m. Open Discussion with Presidents
2:45 – 3:00 p.m. Networking Break
3:15 – 4:45 p.m. – NEW Individual Presidential Mentoring Sessions

4:00 – 4:45 p.m. Suggest and plan events for 2015-2016 in your area and around the state!

The conference will be taking place at the beautiful Hudson Valley campus of The Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. It’s a gorgeous location and yes, they will be cooking for us! Make a weekend of the trip and enjoy this scenic and relaxing area of New York state. Perhaps take a cooking class as well!
Driving directions and other travel information is available from the website of The Culinary Institute of America. The campus is available by car, plane, or by train from Metro-North Commuter Railroad from Grand Central Station in New York City.
